1 Introduction and Definitions

3 Account Security and Responsibility

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount on 977app is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Deposit amounts are added to your account balance immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. Withdrawal requests are processed after verification and may take slightly longer while verification is in progress.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 20 times the total bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳24,000 in wagers to be placed. Bonus funds are not counted as cash until the wagering requirement is fully met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus expires automatically at the end of that period.
• It may not be possible to claim multiple bonuses at the same time — please refer to the specific terms of each offer.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds become withdrawable after the wagering conditions are met.
• 977app reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse or bonus farming is suspected, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 General Game Rules

6.2 Technical Errors

977app reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits, promotions and rewards. VIP membership is non-transferable and all benefits will be cancelled if the account is closed.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 977app

977app may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
• Registering with false information or violating the age requirement.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through 977app's live chat support. Before closure, you may request a withdrawal of any eligible cash balance in the account. Bonus funds for which wagering conditions have not been met cannot be withdrawn.
